We made a new video to tell you where we are at with Built 2 Survive, as you can see in the video we made it so the player can easily fall and tumble to his/her death. In addition to this, the NPC characters can also we wounded, trip and fall from great hight to there death. If a zombie is attempting to get back up you can shoot there body to make sure they wont! :P

In the upcoming beta 2.7.4 we have made Built 2 Survive run on the source engine. Doing this and adding a truck load of new features, weapons and more! Lets call this update "The Update That Changed the Zombie Apocolypse" We will be uploading a showcase of the unarmed combat soon. Hope you enjoy the upcoming update! ;)

HUGE update coming out for Built 2 Survive! We are now using the source engine and we have over 28,000 weapons and unarmed grappling moves plus a truck load of bug fixes. We also redone the entire map and added multiplayer! (Online multiplayer and split screen!)

You may not have heard from us for awhile but since the female charactor is finished we have been working on the graphics of Built 2 Survive. So not only is Built 2 Survive an awesome game, it is also a feast for the eye!

Since FPSControl does not support zombies yet, we will be sticking with 3Drad. 3Drad isnt that bad, since it is extremely easy to use development will go faster.

FPS Control now supports new weapons! Here is a list of planned and added weapons.

Green text means its done.

Red text means its planned.

Orange text means its being worked on.

Late Release

We will not be releasing alpha 1.3 since FPS Control does not support zombies. But. Heres what the developers of FPS Control said when I asked them.

"The good news: The guys at RivalTheory will be adding support for other characters soon, which would of course include their cores/rivals. Also a new update is coming with a beautiful custom UI that makes adding AI a feast for the eye as well.

The bad news: There is no bad news here ;-)"

But heres some things to be added in next update.

Green text means its already done.

Red text means its not done.

Orange text means its being worked on.


-Better zombie model.

-Better bandit model

-More weapons.

-Loot houses


-Better game engine

-More terrains (right now its only snow and grass.)

-Larger terrains

-Better AI

-More realistic bleeding and blood effects

-Better sound effects

-Female charactor option and sound effects to go with it.

-Repairable cars.

-Bandages and medkits to stop bleeding.

-Water (Next update)


-SODY POPS! (Drinks)

-Ghillie suit and matrix suit and also camo suit.

Next update (Alpha 1.3) Features




-Unity 3D as game engine. (Better graphics etc.)


-New weapon! M4A1 (The pistol also looks different.)




Also we will be using FPS CONTROL and Shellshock as a base.

We decided to cancel alpha 0.9 because we are done with 3Drad and are now using Unity 3d.
